About

I am a student in entering the 4th year of the BGIS program at Selkirk College and currently live in Nelson, BC. I have spent the majority of my working life as an outdoor educator, leader, and guide. I have a passion for our relationship with the natural world and am excited to explore this relationship in new ways through my studies. I was born in Vancouver, BC where I attended Capilano University/College and studied Geology and Physical Geography.  In my current studies, I am particularly interested in Remote Sensing and its applications in inaccessible locations. In the future, I hope to combine my intense love of the wilderness with my newly acquired technological skills.
